El Capricho Restaurant

Marketing Plan

We need a slogan.

A slogan is a caption that builds the familiarity, branding and trust. The slogan always sits under the restaurants name. Let’s pick one of these options or have the team come up with something similar.

“A fiesta in every bite”

“Crave it. Enjoy it.”

BRUNCH Ads

Promoting brunch will require a dedicated content creation session covering all aspects of El Capricho’s brunch offerings here in Santa Paula.

The media will be used to boost brunch for Saturday and Sunday mornings/noon traffic. This means dedicated publishing times in advance Friday and Saturday evening(s).

The Strategy: we need to create one high-end video advertisement for brunch and release is right away. Once the ad has been published to social media- we need to boost the video every Friday for 48 hours or two days. The boost budget should be 25.00 per day targeting Santa Paula city ages between 25-55 both male and female.

Production Plan: media production should cover the top three ordered breakfast dishes. In addition, mimosas and hot coffee.

Social Media’s Top 2

Social media’s top 2 is based on Instagram’s insights over previously published dishes. This data proves valuable because it tells us what the people would likely order from the restaurant. Creating more content that resonates with the audience is big for advertising- thus conversions/sales.

People are raving about the Chicken Chipotle Sandwich. An exclusive weekend promotional release would be ideal.

Catering quality meals for Santa Paula on the clock.

Typical lunch break times are 11am-1pm.

Lunch breaks are typically 30 minutes to 1 hour. Sometimes, this isn’t enough time to sit down at El Capricho Restaurant- but this should not get in the way of a good quality meal. We need to advertise carry-out orders. Consistently reminding people that they can skip the wait and pick up their orders during their lunch breaks.

Content Strategy: capture media of some carry out dishes boxed up. These dishes should then be placed in different environments like enjoying your meal in your car, in front of a computer or outside the restaurant on the tables. The goal is to show people no matter where you are or how busy you may be- you can always enjoy food from our restaurant.

Large group orders showing we can whip up food orders that can be quickly picked up and enjoyed with staff members at work.

Events

Events create buzz. The best strategy is to collaborate with 1-2 popular local businesses and have an event on-site. This draws traffic from your collaborators accounts and drives traffic to the restaurant giving every guest a memorable experience- exposure increases future sales.

Upcoming holidays: St. Patricks Day, April Fools Day, Easter Day, Good Friday and Memorial Weekend.
